Jesus says, “I am the way the truth and the life, nobody can come to the father except through me”.
This is a big claim. One that angers a lot of people. Why? Because it means that there is only one door, one gate, one way to be with God. That every other way is wrong.
People will then say, “why is it that Christians are so arrogant that their way is the only way?”
If people say “your way can’t be the only way” then what they are trying to say is that there is no wrong answer. But this argument falls on its face because saying there is no wrong answer says that what Jesus says is wrong therefore this is a wrong answer.
We can’t have it both ways. Either JESUS IS WHO HE SAYS HE IS OR HE’S A LIAR!
Our responsibility as truth seekers is to test the claims Jesus makes, test the claims the Bible makes, and see if it is the truth.
